The project consists of a 13-story short stay residential tower. The ground level will contain commercial/retail space, a residential lobby and back of house areas. The mezzanine, level 2 and level 3 contain parking, with residential units starting on level 4. A pool deck, amenities and mechanical areas are located on the roof level. The building façade includes architectural exposed steel or aluminum elements. The total building area is approximately 270,000 square feet.
