The project consists of a 9-story residential tower over a 4-story podium. The podium levels include parking on the elevated deck with a mix of retail and back of house at the ground floor.  An amenity deck is located on level 9.  A pool deck and amenities are located on the roof level. A pedestrian bridge connects the two residential towers.
