The project consists of a 14-story residential tower with four levels of parking. The ground level houses retail, a residential lobby, amenities and back of house areas. Terraces and a lap pool are located on the sixth floor with typical residential levels consisting of 13 units per floor from level 6 through 14. The first several levels of the structure abut against the property line and adjacent properties. The gross area of construction is 235,000 square feet.
