The project consists of an 8-story residential rental tower. Level one comprises 5 separate areas for commercial space, parking, amenities, and an in-grade lap pool. Levels 2 through 8 have residential units surrounding the parking on the west, north and east faces. Given the length of the building, expansion joints were introduced.
