The scope comprises the construction of a new 3-story Emergency Department (ED). The 1st floor will comprise ED, the second floor will comprise observation space and level 3 will be remain as a shell space, with allowance made for various possible healthcare uses. The new building will be wedged between the existing DTC and the Ryder Trauma.
