This project is a 22 story residential tower with a six-story podium.  The podium levels include parking on the interior along with residential units located on the North and East Perimeters. A pool deck and amenities are located  on level 7. The foundations for this project are on spread-footers, with soil-improvement to be performed to increase bearing capacity. The elevated floor slabs are post-tensioned slabs.
