The project consists of a 12-story residential tower with two levels of parking. The ground level will house a Target retail store, a residential lobby, amenities and back of house areas. A club house, pool and pool deck are located on the fourth floor with typical residential levels consisting of 18 units per floor from level 4 through 12. The gross area of construction for the project is 320,000 square feet.
