The development comprises 10 total stories, with the first three elevated levels devoted to parking. The roof will feature a large pool area, as well as terrace and gardens. In order to maximize floor to floor heights and reduce costs, the typical floors are post-tensioned. Careful consideration was given to the foundation system, and it was determined that a foundation system comprising auger cast-in-place concrete piles (ACIP) was the most economical for a project of this size.
