This 7 story condominium building will contain approximately 18 residential units.  The residential units will feature balconies around the building perimeter, which vary in size per unit. The lateral system for this project is reinforced concrete shear walls that will be located around the stair wells and elevator cores.  The gravity system consist of reinforced concrete columns supporting flat post tensioned slabs.
