The project consists of renovating the façade of two existing offices and a parking garage. The offices are referred to as CCI and CCII, which are 8 and 13 stories respectively. The parking garage is three stories and wraps around CCII. In addition to the façades being updated, the roofs of all structures will be renovated. The existing screen walls and architectural elements are being removed. A new drop off canopy is also being added between CCI and CCII.
