The structure comprises a three-story addition that will be built on the south east of the site adjacent to an existing two-story classroom building.  The second and third floors will cantilever out over the first floor on the south and east perimeters. The gravity system consist of steel columns supporting a grillage of steel beams with composite metal deck and concrete floor plate.
